Breast surgery at Palm Clinics is approached as a tailoring problem, not a product. We work across augmentation (silicone or hybrid), reduction, mastopexy, and combined lift-and-implant procedures. The plan is built from your tissue character, frame, lifestyle and long-term expectations — never from a fixed implant size or shape.
We will refuse to place an implant we believe is too large for your frame, even at request. Long-term shape is part of the plan from day one.

Anatomy first, catalogue never
We do not lead with implant brand or size. The plan is built from chest dimensions, soft tissue character, and the result you describe in words rather than numbers.

Hybrid where it helps
Combining a smaller implant with autologous fat gives a softer upper-pole and a more natural cleavage line — particularly for slim frames.

Internal bra for the long view
An internal mesh-supported bra is used in lift cases to extend the longevity of the result and resist the long-term effect of gravity.

Full activity at 6 — 8 weeks. Longevity: Mastopexy outcomes are long-lasting. Implant longevity is typically 12 — 15 years before consideration of exchange.

Lift, implant, or both?+
Decided at consultation, never beforehand. Many patients arrive asking for one and are advised toward another — we will explain why.
Will I be able to breastfeed afterwards?+
In most cases yes, particularly with augmentation. We will discuss this honestly at consultation and build the plan accordingly.
