Our approach to the nose begins from the architecture of the face, not from a list of changes. We work primarily through preservation rhinoplasty — keeping the natural dorsum where possible, refining tip definition through closed or limited-open technique, and avoiding the over-rotated, scooped result that ages poorly. Most patients fly comfortably ten days post-operation.
We will refuse a rhinoplasty if your existing nose is already in proportion, even if you ask for it. The right answer is sometimes no answer.
- Preservation technique where appropriate
- Closed or limited-open approach
- Custom 3D planning at consultation
- Single-night nurse-supported recovery option
- Patients who want refinement, not transformation
- Functional concerns paired with cosmetic goals
- Revision cases following over-resection elsewhere
How the operation is approached.
01
Preservation first
Where the underlying dorsum is naturally pleasing, we preserve it rather than reduce-and-rebuild. The result reads more naturally and holds across decades.
02
Tip-led refinement
Most of the impression of the nose lives in the tip. Suture-based reshaping, controlled cartilage repositioning and selective grafting create definition without over-narrowing.
03
Honest planning
Your 3D simulation is a conversation, not a guarantee. We will tell you what is realistic, what we will not do, and where waiting is the better answer.
Rest 5 — 7 days · presentable in 10 — 14 days
Full activity at 4 — 6 weeks. Longevity: Permanent. Subtle settling continues across the first 12 months.
Day 0
Surgery
Arrival, atelier check-in, surgery and structured rest. A concierge nurse stays with you through the evening.
Day 1 — 7
Splint week
External splint and quiet at home. Daily concierge check-in by phone or video.
Day 8
Splint removal
Splint and sutures come off in atelier. Most patients are socially presentable from the next morning.
Week 6
Photographic review
Studio review with side-by-side documentation and a long-term plan for the first year.
Before you reserve.
Will the result look 'done'?+
Not in our hands. We deliberately under-correct rather than over-rotate, which is the most common giveaway of cosmetic rhinoplasty.
Can you address breathing concerns at the same time?+
Yes. Septoplasty and turbinate reduction are routinely performed in the same operation when indicated.
How visible is the swelling?+
Visible swelling resolves over 10 — 14 days. Subtle refinement of the tip continues across the first year and is normal.
